Terms & Conditions

Registation & Payment

  • Your place at the workshop will be confirmed only upon full payment of the registration fee.

  • All registration fees must be paid prior to the event start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payment is processed via our secure payment provider. For bank transfers or invoices, please contact us at support@amlcertification.com.

Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellations received 30 days or more before the event will be eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.

  • Cancellations received 14–29 days before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event or failure to attend will not be eligible for a refund.

  • You may substitute a participant from the same organisation at no extra charge by notifying us in advance.

Changes to the Programme

  • The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the programme, speakers, or venue where necessary and without prior notice.

  • Any such changes will not entitle participants to a refund unless the entire event is cancelled.

Event Cancellation

  • In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled by the organisers, a full refund of the registration fee will be provided.

  • The organisers are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.

Travel & Accommodation

  • Participants who purchase the All-Inclusive Ticket will receive full board accommodation at the event venue (Enashipai Resort) for the duration of the workshop (30 October – 1 November 2025), including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

  • Standard ticket holders are responsible for arranging their own accommodation and meals. Lunch and refreshments during the workshop sessions are not included for standard ticket holders.

  • The organisers do not cover any incidental costs (e.g. minibar, laundry, transport) associated with the accommodation.

  • The organisers do not cover travel expenses.

Certificates

  • Participants who attend the full programme will receive a Certificate of Attendance, which may be used for CPD credit where applicable.

  • No certificate will be issued to participants who fail to attend at least 80% of the training sessions.

Code of Conduct

  • All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully throughout the event.

  • Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the workshop without refund.

Data Protection & Photography

  • By registering, you agree that your data may be used for workshop-related communications and logistical purposes.

  • The organisers may take photos or video during the event for promotional and educational use. You may opt out by informing us in writing in advance.

Liability

  • The organisers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.

  • Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance coverage if required.
