Venue Accessibility

 

  • The event venue, Enashipai Resort, provides wheelchair access to the main conference areas.

  • Accessible restrooms are available onsite.

  • Staff will be present to assist with seating and general support as needed.

 

 

Event Materials

 

  • Presentation slides will use clear, readable fonts and high-contrast visuals.

  • Handouts and materials will be provided in digital format upon request for use with screen readers.

  • Upon request in advance, we can provide printed materials in large print.

 

 

Support During the Event

 

  • Event staff and volunteers will be available to assist participants throughout the workshop.
